In 2023, I had the opportunity to create the podcast key art and branding for Crooked Media’s original podcast and Tribeca Film Festival submission,“Dreamtown: The Story of Adelanto.” Hosted by journalist David Weinberg, who spent years conducting research in the area, “Dreamtown: The Story of Adelanto” tells the story of a California Mojave desert town that attempted to pivot from the prison industry to pot. For the artwork, I created a hand-drawn, hot-box haze postcard for the town of Adelanto.
